• Any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages
• Loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services
• Damages resulting from any conduct or content of third parties on the Services
• Any security breaches or data loss resulting from use of our tools

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless aCyberSec and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property or privacy right.

You acknowledge and agree that aCyberSec shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aCyberSec operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
